Your information

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, service address and suburb, property and access details, cleaning preferences, quote and booking history, payment and invoice information, communications, feedback, complaint details, and limited photographs relating to the condition of a property.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the quote form unless it is necessary for us to safely provide the requested service.

2. How we collect information

We generally collect information directly from you through our website, telephone calls, email, messages, quotes, bookings and during service delivery. We may also receive information from a person acting for you, a property manager, landlord, tenant, referrer, payment provider or other service provider where reasonably necessary.

3. Why we use information

We may use personal information to respond to enquiries; prepare quotes; arrange, provide and improve cleaning services; communicate about access and scheduling; process payments and maintain business records; manage safety, quality, insurance, complaints and disputes; prevent misuse or fraud; comply with legal obligations; and, with consent or where otherwise permitted, send relevant marketing communications.

4. Who we may disclose it to

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to our workers and contractors, booking and customer-management providers, website hosting and IT providers, payment processors, accountants, insurers, professional advisers, property managers or other persons you authorise, and government, regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where required or permitted by law.

Website quote submissions are processed by FormSubmit so they can be delivered to our nominated email address. FormSubmit states that submission records may be retained for 30 days. Do not submit information that is not reasonably necessary for your cleaning enquiry.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Overseas processing

Some technology, communications, cloud, analytics or payment providers may store or process information outside Australia. The countries involved depend on the providers we use and may change. Where Australian privacy law applies, we take reasonable steps required by law in relation to overseas disclosures. Contact us if you would like current information about relevant providers or locations.

6. Website data and cookies

Our website or hosting providers may collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source and approximate location. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential site operation, security, analytics or advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking some cookies may affect website functions.

7. Marketing

We may contact you about our services where you have consented or where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. Service and booking communications are not marketing messages.

8. Storage and security

We may hold information electronically and in limited paper records. We take reasonable steps appropriate to our business to protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal, tax, insurance and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practicable.

9. Access and correction

You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Contact our Privacy Officer through the website enquiry form and identify the request as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to lawful exceptions.

10. Privacy complaints

Send a written privacy complaint to our Privacy Officer through the website enquiry form, including enough detail for us to investigate. We aim to acknowledge the complaint promptly and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will remain available on this website.
